[REACT] Fill handle design consistency

Hi All

I noticed a strange behavior with the fill handle.

When I Select a column the fill handle is on the right side but when I select the last column from Grid the fill handle moves to the lift which is not very convenient.

I would like to request an improvement in this so that the fill handle remains consistent.

Thanks for your feedback! It's built like this since there might not be any space for it on the right side, but we will discuss internally and see if we can improve this. https://github.com/bryntum/support/issues/8826
