You will be meeting online with potential clients to identify their needs and present solutions, providing technical support and guidance to ensure client satisfaction. You will also be collaborating with the engineering team to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements.
- Conduct pre-sales meeting with potential customers
- Reply to sales enquiries from new potential customers
- Develop new JS demos based on client feedback
- Forward client feedback to product management team to improve our products
- Analyze and effectively differentiate against our top competitors
- Update our CRM with your activities
- Experience in an enterprise pre-sales role
- Solid JS experience
- Experience as a frontend developer, developer advocate, or CTO
- Knowledge of current JS frameworks and trends in the web development landscape
- Excellent English skills
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus
We are looking for a full stack engineer focused on growth. You will be at the forefront leading Bryntum’s rapid expansion over the coming years.
This role covers all aspects of enhancing our user growth including customer funnel, retention, churn, onboarding, general engagement, and the overall user impression of our products. You will work closely with our Head of Growth and our product team to identify and prioritize areas of focus for rapid feature enhancement. You will own the full growth engineering cycle including ideation, design, build, experimentation, A/B testing, and review to ensure that our customers get the most value out of our products.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, Design, and Engineering to identify and prioritize our growth initiatives
- Conduct experiments with various growth tools to determine our optimal marketing tech stack
- Implement business/technical integrations across a variety of tools such as Hotjar, Analytics, MixPanel, Segment, Amplitude, and others
- A/B test our messaging & website features
- STEM Degree OR a Bachelor’s Degree in business or marketing
- JavaScript – experience writing high-quality code in an enterprise environment
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience with various reporting: analytics, attribution, ad serving, CRMs, push, email marketing, social media
- Deep knowledge of data-driven marketing practices: audience segmentation, personalization, retargeting & automation
- Proven track record of planning and deploying integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive acquisition, increase retention, or improve customer long-term value
- Knowledge of various growth tools, including Segment, mParticle, Branch, Appsflyer, Amplitude and Mixpanel
