We strive to keep posts updated, but code samples may sometimes be outdated. Humans, see the Bryntum documentation; agents, https://mcp.bryntum.com for the latest info.

We’re updating the way Support & Updates renewals work for our Small Team and Large Team End User Licenses, moving to a simpler and more consistent annual model.

What’s changing?

Starting today, all End User Licenses and Support Subscriptions purchased/renewed will include a 1-year Support & Updates Subscription that renews annually at the original license price, unless canceled in the Customer Zone.

This change simplifies the model, no more sliding scale based on timing. Just one flat, predictable renewal fee.

What’s not changing?

End User License holders will still receive a perpetual license, your licensed version is yours to use forever. The support subscription auto-renews annually (cancel anytime).

The OEM licensing remains unchanged, annual pricing and terms continue as before.

Who is affected?

All new EUL licenses, and existing licenses where support is manually extended from now on, will renew at the new flat price.
