[ANGULAR] Overnight Events edit button and drag and drop not working properly

You have to use the info dialog to click edit.

Yes, picking through the hundreds deep call stack that is created I found the underlying bug that we have!

OK, the editing bug is fixed. Also, I've created a simple new example to show how easy it is to create the type of resource filtering UI all with consistently themed controls:

#3846 DayView DragZone doesn't handle interday events which belong in the DayView

is also in that update. I ask again, as I can't see the label in the milestone on github. Thx
