[INFO REQ] Task start and end date updated programmatically (By not using resizing and drag drop)

I want to update one or more task’s start or end date programmatically (without using drag drop and resizing ) in projectModel and also Gantt View after all tasks are populated and gantt chart is completely loaded. How can i achieve this?
