[ANGULAR] Cut and past tasks removes dependencies

Hi Team,

when you cut and paste a group of interdependent tasks the interdependencies between them are lost.

My impression is that these two actions should keep their dependencies consistently. Is this intended behavior?

Reproduced, looks like a bug yes (works for copy paste scenario). We'll investigate: https://github.com/bryntum/support/issues/4581
