Notes text box ignores arrow-down key

In the text box on the notes tab on the task editor, the arrow-down key is ignored.
So, it's difficult to edit notes when writing multiple lines.

It can be reproduced at https://bryntum.com/examples/gantt/basic/.

I hope it's fixed soon.
