[REACT] Support for moving a node into a collapsed parent

When the RowReorder feature is enabled in a TreeGrid, is there any support for moving a node into a collapsed parent? In other words, dragging a node and dropping it into a parent which is collapsed? Or can you only drop nodes inside an expanded parent?
