You can reproduce the bug here https://bryntum.com/examples/grid/basic/, you just need to add the filterBar feature and hide a column. For example, you can hide the 'Name' column with a right click on the header and then 'Hide column' :

This is the third time that I try to update Bryntum and cannot push it on production due to major issues like this one. I know testing can be a difficult task but can you test all the basic features before releasing the next update ? We need at least filter bar, sort, resize, hide columns in a grid or a tree grid with parent/child columns.
We hope you can understand our concern and improve your testing.

This bug is not really fixed, if you try to hide and show a parent column here https://bryntum.com/examples/grid/groupedheaders/ (you need to add the filterBar feature), you will end up with this :

This is now the fourth time I tried to update Bryntum and can't push it on production because of bugs like this. This is inadmissible that I spend my time testing your updates again and again finding significant bugs. All i'm asking is having a stable version, is it possible to really test everything before the next update ? At least filter bar, sort, resize, hide columns in a grid or a tree grid with parent/child columns ?
